.females. .x..males. .x. Name: Clyde Taggart Age & Year: Eighteen + Eighth House: Confiance Relationship(s): close friend(s): you’ll bail me out, and you’ll make me laugh, and I wouldn’t ask for more
How they became (love, friends, rivals): Even before they arrived at the academy, Qual and Clyde had met each other and immediately connected. Of course, a wall fell in between that relationship as soon as Qual got sorted into Sournois and Clyde into Confiance. To be blunt, he gave her the cold-shoulder and was irritable towards her for a full year. However, Clyde managed to get himself in a spot of trouble, and, to his surprise, it was Qual that rescued him from a week's worth of detentions. After that, the wall between them dissolved and they got to be quite close friends.
After Clyde met Simon, he seemed to be hanging around the Sournois quite a bit, so his prejudice about Qual was erased, though that didn't mean the same for all other Sournois students.
What you say about her:They say that the first impressions lasts the longest, but that wasn't quite the same with Qual. I became friends with her before school because we had a basic, simple and easy connection right from the start. Of course, then she had to go and get herself landed in Sournois, of all the places. The sorting can often reveal a lot about other people, and that idea was stuck in my mind the whole of first year. I was convinced that I'd been deceived by her somehow, that she was only pretending to be my friend. I knew how sly those Sournois could be.
However, after she came to my rescue after a spot of trouble with the Headmaster, I was forced to drop my ideas and adopt new ones. Obviously, she couldn't be as bad as I thought she was. After all, we were friends before, right? SO we could mend that and be friends again. I now know her really well, and admire her sense of ambition and determination to get to the top, for I share some of those feelings. I think that if we work together, we could reach the stars.
What she says about him: Calling the Sournois House prejudiced before his prejudices upon those from that house is the two sided track. Both are either right or wrong. People aren't the same, and hatred blooms like a flower- slow and withstanding.
It never got a chance to bloom. Once a silly kid, always a silly kid, so light-hearted and less brooding upon thunderstorms and trees, there was something likable from the start about him. I had been sorted after him, and once I got off to walk to my table there was a betrayed expression on his face, he didn't even bother to look at me nor clap. It didn't affect me, but I didn't like it either.
Enola made his first year hell, the psychopathic snake. Scaring him within the shadows, a extra hum to the music of the school, a illusion. It was, interesting. I never pretended to hate him, for being sarcastically sweet and helpful seemed to enrage him even more, and my friends and I found that that was more fun than being bitchy.
Then he got smacked around and got into trouble with the headmaster. I had been sitting in the sidelines, watching, and saw even more of his emotions as he was sent to talk with the teacher. Enola thought he pissed his pants. I thought that too.
Nonchalantly, I came to his rescue. I haven't regretted it yet. Odd thing, really.

-x- Name: Narcissus Ramsey Age & Year: Seventeen && Seventh House: Persistance Relationship(s): good friend?, friends-with-benefits, flirt/fling, secret, soon-to-be-current-->friends-to-enemies, rivals, close friends. xD
How they became (love, friends, rivals): It all began with their first meeting in the owlry... =] I'll let you fill in the rest, Star, because I know you will. But then they begin secretly meeting, each attracted by the others pecularties, if that's what you want to call them, and they become closer and closer, until eventually they know each other too well, and the relationship implodes. They become rivals, each trying to outdo the other, negate the others complishments, until some big thing happens, one or both almost die, and the world is taken over by hippogriffs, and they become close or best friends.
What you say about her: Qual isn't what I would call normal, though I hesitate to call her something that I myself will never be considered. I was drawn to her immediately, though her enigmatic ways soon brought us closer than I had ever even imagined, and then before I knew it, everything about us was gone. It seemed forever and yesterday and tomorrow all at once. What was once the closest, deeply permeating attraction polarized and became the most deep of loathing, how lust overcame us, which I blame her for, and how in the end, in the very end, after we were slammed together again by something beyond our hands, we have become the closest of friends, and maybe more.
