This thread is dedicated to the houses so that everyone can know the little details about each and every one. confiance . ♠ Confiance is French for confidence. ♠ The motto for this house (also French) is une vie de loyauté, une vie d'honneur, une vie de gloire. This means a life of loyalty, a life of honor, a life of glory. ♠ Confiance is represented by the timber wolf and the colour green.
♠ As their name and motto implies, the students of Confiance are loyal and confident. Their strong morals make them stronly opposed to anything they see as 'wrong' or 'bad.' They are trustworthy and responsible, although they may prove to be impulsive; quick to act, quick to anger, quick to judge, quick to jump to conclusions. It's a bad idea to mess with their friends.
sournois . ♠ Sournois is French for sneaky. ♠ The motto for this house (also French) is la conservation de soi est un instinct du grosse puissance.. This means self-preservation/self-conservation is an instinct of great power. ♠ Sournois is represented by the snow leopard and the colour gray-blue.
♠ Known for their ability to charm their way out of almost anything, Surnois have a bit of a bad rep. The students in this house tend to be self-involved, conceited even, and sly. They like to get their way, it could be said. Surnois students tend to be flirty and gifted with words. Despite their relative selfishness, they tend to be quite popular.
liberté . ♠ Liberté is French for freedom. ♠ The motto for this house (also French) is ceux qui revent. This means those who dream. ♠ Liberté is represented by the European rabbit and the colour red-orange.
♠ Students in the Liberté house are fun-loving and relaxed. They tend to put entertainment ahead of work, which often leads them to be scatter-brained and unreliable, but they are friendly people. Most Liberté students live a stress-free lifestyle, and if you're looking for someone to brighten your day or make you feel better, they're the ones to turn to.
persistance . ♠ Persistance is French for persistence. ♠ The motto for this house (also French) is l'ambition, la logique, et l'intelligence; les choses qui nous mennent au la grandeur. This means ambition, logic, and intelligence; the things that lead us to greatness. ♠ Persistance is represented by the blue jay and the colour purple.
♠ The students of the Persistance house are quick-witted, often sharp-tongued and considered to have a superior air, although this is, for the most part, just a stereo-type, and does not apply to all of the house's members. They strive for success and perfection. They are focused, hard-workers.
